The Organizing Committee would like to thank all those who delivered presentations and those who attended the 2010 Centre for Innovative Pedagogies and Digital Learning (CIPDL)'s Symposium on Teaching and Technology. With two prominent keynote speakers, twelve project presentations and ongoing poster sessions, the day generated a great deal of buzz.

Some of this year’s highlights included a morning keynote presentation delivered by Michael Geist on "The Emergence of Open Access within the Research Community" and Aline Germain-Rutherford's afternoon keynote entitled, "Des technologies 'engageantes' pour des étudiants 'engagés': un alignement nécessaire pour des apprentissages durables". In addition, the Centre for Innovative Pedagogies and Digital Learning (CIPDL) released the findings of its survey on University of Ottawa students' use of ICT's (Information and Communication Technologies).
