Webinar – Copyright and Licences to Adapt and Create Open Educational Resources (OER)

Library F2020

Does the open educational resource you want to adapt or create include content created by others? Is it protected by copyright or is it under a Creative Commons licence? Do fair dealing and other exceptions to apply? How do you combine content published under different licences? Is permission required? Which licence should you apply to your own OER? This webinar will provide answers to these questions and more to ensure that your work is reusable while respecting copyright.

Note - Although not required, it is recommended that participants attend Introduction to Creative Commons Licences and Open Access Content before taking part in this webinar.
