Issu des sciences de santé et de la gestion, Jean-Pascal anime des activités de perfectionnement professionnel depuis 1993, et enseigne en milieu universitaire depuis 1995. Il s’intéresse à l’enseignement et à l’apprentissage dans une perspective intégratrice de l’expérience étudiante, de l’inclusion, de l’interaction empathique, de la dynamique des groupes, de l’organisation apprenante et du développement continu des compétences vers une utilisation au quotidien des meilleures pratiques.

Dans le cadre de ses fonctions au CPU, il développe et offre des activités de formation continue de groupe, ainsi que du soutien individualisé, destinés à l’ensemble du personnel enseignant (temps plein, temps partiel, stagiaires postdoctoraux, assistants d’enseignement et formateurs).


Educational Developer

With a background in health sciences and management, Jean-Pascal has been facilitating professional development workshops since 1993, and has been teaching at the university level since 1995. Jean-Pascal examines teaching and learning with a focus on the student experience, inclusion, empathic interactions, group dynamics, and the human side of organizations, all with continued daily integration of best practices in mind.

As part of his roles at the CUT, Jean-Pascal develops professional development activities and resources, as well as provides individualized support for all university teaching personnel (full time, part time, postdoctoral fellows, teaching assistants and professional development instructors).
